退款政策

本站所有商品均为数字商品（电子手册、插件激活码）。

可以退款的情况（购买后 7 天内）

• 付款成功后没有收到下载内容或激活码；
• 文件损坏、无法打开，或激活码无法激活；
• 收到的商品与页面描述明显不符。

遇到上述情况，请在购买后 7 天内发邮件到 eric.jin+creem@mail.grokbot.com，写明订单号（或付款截图）和问题。我们会先尝试补发；补发后仍无法解决的，全额退款。

处理时间

• 通常 2 个工作日内回复邮件。
• 退款原路退回到你的付款账户，到账时间以支付服务商为准（一般 5–10 个工作日）。

不予退款的情况

• 文件已正常交付且可正常使用后，因个人原因（如不想要了、买错了）申请退款；
• 超过购买后 7 天提出的申请。

Refund Policy (English)

All products sold on this website are digital goods (e-handbook and extension activation codes).

Eligible refunds (within 7 days of purchase)

• You paid but did not receive the download or activation code;
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened, or the activation code does not work;
• The product is materially different from its description.

Email eric.jin+creem@mail.grokbot.com within 7 days of purchase with your order ID (or payment receipt) and a description of the problem. We will first try to resend the product; if the problem cannot be fixed, you will receive a full refund.

Processing time

• We usually reply within 2 business days.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time to appear depends on your payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).

Not eligible

• Change-of-mind requests after the product has been delivered and works as described;
• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
